Jerald S. Gerard is the founder of Focus Real Estate Services. Mr. Gerard has made a career in commercial Real Estate starting back in 1989 after attending Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. He has worked as a leasing agent for a National shopping center developer, and as a top producing commercial broker with Centers Business Management in Los Angeles, CA. Mr. Gerard founded Inland Commercial in Anaheim Hills, CA in 1993 and handled the leasing and management of over thirty retail shopping centers in the Inland Empire area. In 1998 Gerard sold Inland and went to work as Vice President at GFG Development in Glendale, CA and moved with that company to Arizona in 1999. In 2001, Gerard became a Principal at Glenwood Development in Mesa, AZ where he was directly involved with the aquisition, entitlement, development, leasing, management and disposition of over one million square feet of retail shopping center space. Upon selling his interest in Glenwood in 2016, he started Focus, where he continues to utilize his extensive real estate expertise. Mr. Gerard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA, and he and his wife Melanie are parents to a large family including foster children. He has many hobbies, including travel, reading, golf and grandkids.

Lecia Crider

Lecia Crider is the Lead Property Manager for Focus Real Estate Services LLC. Ms. Crider contributes 18 years of property management experience to the Focus team. She spent the first seven years of her career handling multi-family and mini-storage properties, and has spent the past eleven years managing commercial properties of various size and complexity. In her role as lead property manager, Ms. Crider produces annual, detailed property budgets, which she monitors throughout the year, performs annual CAM reconciliations for each tenant, keeps all equipment inspected and conforming with city codes, ensures tenant compliance with lease, including rent collections, coordinates vendor contracts and payments and produces monthly financial reports.
